Terms and conditions of data protection
I. Basic Provisions

Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly identifiable, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, a network identifier or to one or more specific physical, physiological, genetic, psychological elements, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.
II. Lawful reason for processing personal data

The lawful reason for processing personal data is the performance of a contract between you and the controller under Article 6(1)(a)(1)(b). (hereinafter referred to as "Performance of the Contract") - the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract whose to which you are a party the data subject, or for the performance of measures taken prior to the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject that data subject.

There is no automatic individual decision-making by the administrator within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

IV. Data retention period

The controller stores personal data:

In the case of an enquiry, we only manage the personal data contained in the form for the purpose of reply or to deal with your enquiry or request /only for the duration of the contract negotiations/ no longer than 1 year after your of your enquiry, unless you consent to further processing.

In the case of an order, for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims arising from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).

After the expiry of the retention period, the controller shall delete the personal data.
V. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the controller)

Recipients of personal data are persons:

Providing web/e-shop services (Alexandr Zlesák, DiS. - AZ Computers, ID 70163278) and other services in connection with operation of website/e-shop.

The personal data of the Data Subject may be provided to the provider of delivery services for the purposes of the proper performance of the contract, as well as to persons who provide legal, accounting and IT services to the controller in order to ensure the proper performance of the obligations set out in generally binding legal regulations. The controller does not intend to transfer the personal data of the data subject to a third country, an international organisation or to third parties other than those mentioned above.

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR you have:

the right of access to your personal data under Article 15 of the GDPR,

the right to rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, or restriction of processing pursuant to Article 18 GDPR,

the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17 GDPR,

the right to object to processing under Article 21 of the GDPR; and

the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you you believe that it has been your right to data protection has been violated.
VII. Personal Data Security Terms and Conditions

The Administrator declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to security of personal data.

The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and storage of personal data in documentary form, in particular passwords, antivirus software, backups, locking.

The controller declares that only persons authorised by it have access to the personal data.
VIII. Final Provisions

By sending an order from the online order form or an inquiry from online inquiry form form, you confirm that you are aware of the privacy policy and that it is in in its entirety You accept the entirety of the Privacy Policy.

The administrator is entitled to change these conditions. The new version of the Privacy Policy shall be published on its website.
These conditions come into force on 01.01.2024.
